22 Feb Fazioli Concert Grand to make appearance at UBC’s Knigge Competition

VANCOUVER, BC – One of only two Fazioli F278 Concert Grands in Western Canada will make a rare appearance at the Knigge Competition on the 26th and 27th of February, 2011. The annual competition is open to Canadian pianists between 19 – 25 years of age. The competition is supported by a generous gift from Dieter & Hanne-Lore Knigge.


The Fazioli F278 has been provided by Showcase Pianos so that the 8 finalists can have a choice of instruments for their performance.


All events are FREE and open to the public.

COMPETITION: Saturday February 26 (9:00am – 5:30pm) Winners announced at 6:30pm
WINNERS CONCERT: Sunday February 28 (2pm)
