“It’s been my lifelong dream to play a Fazioli”

VANCOUVER, BC – On the evening of Friday the 20th of September, the Vancouver Chapter of the Sunshine Foundation held a fundraiser dinner at the Pan Pacific Hotel.   The organization raises money to bring disabled children on a trip to visit Disneyland.

Doctors gathered from all over the city to attend and contribute to this special cause.   Showcase Pianos provided a beautiful Fazioli F228 for the evening where Dr. Stefan Honisch performed four Schubert movements for the appreciative audience.   After his performance, he immediately declared to his captive listeners: “It’s been my lifelong dream to play a Fazioli!”

Fazioli pianos are made by hand in Italy and are considered to be the finest pianos being made in the world today.  They have an incredibly sensitive touch, and an impressively even tone.
